Garlic-Asiago Sourdough
₱ 600
Garlic is roasted low and slow in extra-virgin olive oil, then puréed and mixed into our dough for a mellow, rich flavor — the crumb is less open, yet still soft, with small pockets of melted Asiago throughout. A delicious savory sourdough that's perfect on its own — or our favorite base for avocado toast!
A single loaf is roughly 740 grams post-bake.
