How does the custom cake process work?
Start by filling out the custom cake inquiry form with your event date, preferred size, flavor, and any design inspiration you’d like to share. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed based on availability and overall design details. If your date is open, you’ll receive a personalized quotation tailored to your cake!
Once you’re happy with the quote, a detailed proposal will be sent for review and signature. A signed proposal and 50% downpayment secure your slot, with the remaining balance due two (2) weeks before the event date.
What are your starting prices?
Below is a general starting price guide for round cakes. Final pricing depends on flavor selection and the level of design detail requested — more detailed or highly customized designs may affect your final quotation.

What designs can you create?
We specialize in thoughtfully designed cakes with a clean yet expressive aesthetic. We especially enjoy creating sculpted cakes and designs featuring florals made from buttercream, wafer paper, or sugar paste!
Inspiration photos are always welcome, but each cake is uniquely interpreted to reflect both your celebration and our creative style. At this time, we focus on original designs within our signature aesthetic and do not offer licensed character cakes or direct replicas of other artists’ work. We may respectfully decline requests that fall outside our creative direction.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for larger or more detailed designs. Wedding and tiered cakes may require a longer lead time.
We only accept a limited number of custom orders each week to ensure quality and attention to detail, so earlier inquiries are always appreciated! Last-minute requests may occasionally be accommodated depending on availability and design requirements, and may incur a rush fee.
