Is Harina Studio an allergy-free bakery?

 

No, steps are taken to prevent cross-contamination but customers with allergies must note that their order may come into contact with or may have trace amounts of allergens. The Studio's food allergy disclaimer can be found here.

Is Harina Studio a registered business?

 

Yes, Harina Bakery, doing business as Harina Studio®, is a fully registered business in the Philippines.

 

Products

What's the best way to store my order?

Each product is different and has specific storage and reheating instructions, which can be read and downloaded on the product's page. Instruction cards are also sent with each order, but you can opt out of receiving it if you already have one.

Do you have any gluten-free or vegan products?

 

As of the moment, our only gluten-free product is our Vanilla Panna Cotta, which contains dairy. Our Blonde Sourdough is vegan-friendly, but does contain gluten — customers that are sensitive or intolerant to gluten must keep in mind that the Studio handles products that contain gluten on a daily basis. Can I request for ingredient substitutions or omissions?

Unfortunately, Harina Studio is unable to accommodate requests for ingredient substitutions, additions, or omissions.

Do you accept custom cake orders?

 

Harina Studio is currently not accepting custom cake orders, but customers can expect this side of the Studio in the future! The most we can do for now is add dedications to cakes available on our menu.

 

Ordering

How far ahead do I need to place my order?

It depends on the product you wish to purchase. Harina Studio needs a lead time of at least 2 days for bread; 3 days for cakes; and 1 day for pastries, cookies, and desserts. However, it's always best to place your order at the beginning of each week, while many slots are still available.

Can I add to my existing order?

 

Yes, but only if there are still available slots for the product you'd like to add.

What do I do if I received the wrong order?

Please reach out to Harina Studio right away! More information on incorrect deliveries can be found here.

Can I make a bulk order?

Yes, we offer discounted prices based on minimum order quantities in case customers would like to order a large number of our products. These are different from wholesale orders and are wrapped in our standard, gift-friendly packaging. If you're interested, you can fill out the form here and the Studio will check if it's possible to accommodate your order!

Can I cancel my order?

 

All sales at Harina Studio are final — cancellations are not accepted. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, please let us know. The Studio's cancellation policy can be found here.

How do Harina Studio eGift Cards work?

 

Harina Studio eGift Cards can be sent to anybody with an email! Just select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set a delivery date, and pay. The recipient will receive an email with a unique code, which can be entered in the payment section at checkout.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders and delivery fees can be paid online via PayPal or Xendit (BPI, UnionBank, PayMaya, GCash, GrabPay), or offline via bank transfer to BPI, BDO, or GCash. Customers making offline payments must fill out the form here to send their proof of payment. 

When is my payment due?

 

Orders must be paid within 24 hours (or within 1 hour if pickup/delivery is on the following day), while shipping fees charged on the day of delivery must be paid within the same day. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled by the Studio.

Can I request a refund?

If your order is found not to meet Harina Studio's standards or a genuine mistake has been made, you can make a claim within 24 hours of receiving your order, and opt to receive a refund or replacement. The Studio's refund and replacement policy can be found here.

 

Pickup + Delivery

Where can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up inside Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa City.

Where do you deliver?

 

Harina Studio can deliver inside Ayala Alabang Village, while third-party couriers can deliver within Metro Manila, Cavite, and and some areas in Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan.

How much is delivery?

Harina Studio charges 20 for deliveries inside Ayala Alabang Village. Third-party deliveries booked by the Studio are based on the assigned third-party's rates, available at a fixed price upon checkout, or at a regular or split price on the day of delivery. Regular or split fees may include surcharges (e.g. high demand, holiday). Kindly note that split delivery fees are not guaranteed.

Can I make changes to my delivery details?

Orders cannot be rescheduled for delivery on another date, but customers may change their address and delivery method 1 day before their delivery date. Pickup orders may be booked for delivery instead on the same day.

When is Harina Studio open?

 

Harina Studio is open for inquiries everyday at 10 am to 6 pm, and for pickup and delivery from Wednesday to Sunday at 12 pm to 5 pm. Ordering is open all hours of the week!
