No, we take steps to prevent cross-contamination but customers with allergies must note that their order may come into contact with, or may have trace amounts of allergens. You can find our food allergy disclaimer here.

What's the best way to store my order?

Each of our products is different and has specific storage and reheating instructions, which you can find on our menu. We also include instruction cards with each order, but will soon replace this with a scannable QR code!

Do you have any gluten-free or vegan products?

 

As of the moment, our only gluten-free product is our vanilla panna cotta, which contains dairy. Our blonde sourdough is vegan-friendly, but does contain gluten — customers that are sensitive or intolerant to gluten must keep in mind that we handle products that contain gluten on a daily basis. Can I request for ingredient substitutions or omissions?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for ingredient substitutions, additions, or omissions.

Do you accept custom cake orders?

 

Yes! Our custom cake page is coming soon. In the meantime, feel free to message or email us if you’d like to place an order. Please note that we require a lead time of at least 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the complexity of your design—so the earlier, the better! Each cake is uniquely crafted, and pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

How far ahead do I need to place my order?

We require at least two days' notice for preorders. For same-day orders (Wednesday to Saturday), please place your order by 12 noon for ready-to-bake items and by 5 pm for daily extras—availability permitting.

Can I add to my existing order?

 

Yes, but only if we still have enough of the product you'd like to add!

What do I do if I received the wrong order?

Please reach out to us right away! You can find more information on incorrect deliveries here.

Can I make a bulk order?

Yes, we offer discounted prices in case customers would like to order a large number of our products. These are different from wholesale orders and are wrapped in our standard, gift-friendly packaging. We are also able to make gift boxes if you'd like to send a variety of our products to your recipients. If you're interested, you can fill out the form here and we'll try our best to accommodate your order!

Can I cancel my order?

 

All sales at Harina Studio® are final — we do not accept cancellations, but will cancel orders that are unpaid. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, please let us know. You can find our cancellation policy here.

Do you give discounts to PWDs and senior citizens?

Yes! As a registered business, we make sure to provide discounts to both PWDs and senior citizens, as long as the person ordering is the cardholder. To place an order, please reach out to us directly! You can learn more about this discount here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through PayPal, Xendit, and HitPay, as well as offline payments via bank transfer to BPI, BDO, or GCash. If you opt for an offline payment, please complete it within 24 hours to confirm your order, and then reply to our Payment Instructions email or use the form here to provide your proof of payment.

Can I request a refund?

If your order is found not to meet our standards or a genuine mistake has been made on our part, you can make a claim within 24 hours of receiving your order, and opt to receive a refund or replacement. Our refund and replacement policy can be found here.

Where and when can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at our studio inside Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City. You can choose your preferred pickup time from 12 to 5 pm (Wednesday to Saturday) at checkout.

Where and when do you deliver?

We offer delivery within Ayala Alabang Village, while our third-party couriers can cover Metro Manila and some areas in Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. You can select your preferred delivery time from 11 am to 2 pm (Wednesday to Saturday) at checkout — please note this is the window during which your order will be dispatched for delivery. Delivery times will vary based on your distance from our studio and the booking conditions on the day.

 

If your address isn’t accepted by our ordering system but is reachable by our couriers, please contact us directly, and we’ll arrange the delivery for you.

 

How much is delivery?

We charge 20 for deliveries inside Ayala Alabang Village, and flat rates depending on your location for all other areas. If we find that orders can be delivered by the same rider (multiple booking) due to delivery addresses being in the same area, your excess delivery fee will be refunded to you in store credit or back to your original payment method.

Please note that our flat rates are calculated to cover anticipated courier fees as well as potential tips for our dedicated delivery partners! In the event that the actual courier fee is lower than the flat rate you paid, we may use the excess to tip the courier, ensuring fair compensation and allowing us to quickly assign a rider for your order, especially during peak hours. If the courier fee is higher, we cover the extra cost (including tips) without charging you more, still ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly!

Can I make changes to my delivery details?

We can't reschedule deliveries, but you can change your address 1 day before your delivery date, and your delivery method on the day of.

When is Harina Studio® open?

 

We are open for inquiries from Monday to Saturday at 10 am to 6 pm, and for pickup (12 to 5 pm) and delivery (11 am to 2 pm dispatch) from Tuesday to Saturday. Preordering is open all hours of the week!
