Is Harina Studio® an allergy-free bakery?
No, we take steps to prevent cross-contamination but customers with allergies must note that their order may come into contact with, or may have trace amounts of allergens. You can find our food allergy disclaimer here.

Yes, Harina Bakery, doing business as Harina Studio®, is a fully registered business in the Philippines.
What's the best way to store my order?
Each of our products is different and has specific storage and reheating instructions, which you can find on our menu. We also include instruction cards with each order, but will soon replace this with a scannable QR code!
Do you have any gluten-free or vegan products?
As of the moment, our only gluten-free product is our vanilla panna cotta, which contains dairy. Our blonde sourdough is vegan-friendly, but does contain gluten — customers that are sensitive or intolerant to gluten must keep in mind that we handle products that contain gluten on a daily basis. Can I request for ingredient substitutions or omissions?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for ingredient substitutions, additions, or omissions.
Do you accept custom cake orders?
Good news! We just made our first custom wedding cake last January, so you can expect this side of our Studio to come later this year if everything goes to plan. For now, please feel free to request dedications on our best-selling New York-style cheesecake!
How far ahead do I need to place my order?
All our products are made to order and have a lead time of two days, but it's always best to order earlier to ensure you get your preferred pickup/delivery date. If you're only ordering Mike's Hot Honey, we can have it ready on the same day or the day after you place your order, otherwise, it will be ready with the rest of your items.
Can I add to my existing order?
Yes, but only if we still have enough of the product you'd like to add!
What do I do if I received the wrong order?

Can I make a bulk order?
Yes, we offer discounted prices in case customers would like to order a large number of our products. These are different from wholesale orders and are wrapped in our standard, gift-friendly packaging. We are also able to make gift boxes if you'd like to send a variety of our products to your recipients. If you're interested, you can fill out the form here and we'll try our best to accommodate your order!
Can I cancel my order?
All sales at Harina Studio® are final — we do not accept cancellations, but will cancel orders that are unpaid. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, please let us know. You can find our cancellation policy here.
Do you give discounts to PWDs and senior citizens?
Yes! As a registered business, we make sure to provide discounts to both PWDs and senior citizens, as long as the person ordering is the cardholder. To place an order, please reach out to us directly! You can learn more about this discount here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via PayPal or Xendit (BPI, UnionBank, PayMaya, GCash, GrabPay), or offline payments via bank transfer to BPI, BDO, or GCash. If you choose to make an offline payment, you must do so within 24 hours to confirm your order, and fill out the form here to send your proof of payment. Our bank QR codes can be found at the bottom of the same page!
Can I request a refund?
If your order is found not to meet our standards or a genuine mistake has been made on our part, you can make a claim within 24 hours of receiving your order, and opt to receive a refund or replacement. Our refund and replacement policy can be found here.
Pickup + Delivery
Where and when can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our studio inside Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City. You can choose your preferred pickup time from 12 to 5 pm at checkout.
Where and when do you deliver?
We can deliver orders inside Ayala Alabang Village, while our third-party couriers can deliver within Metro Manila, and some areas in Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. You can choose your preferred delivery dispatch time at checkout — please note that this time is when your order will be sent out for delivery, and not the time your order will arrive at your address! Delivery times depend on your distance from our Studio, and booking conditions on the day of.
If your address is not accepted by our ordering system, but third-party couriers are able to reach your location, please reach out to us and we'll take your order directly!
How much is delivery?
We charge ₱20 for deliveries inside Ayala Alabang Village. For all other areas, delivery fees are based on the rates of the third-party courier assigned to your order. If your order is applicable for split delivery (multiple booking), your excess delivery fee will be refunded to your original payment method, or in store credit!
Can I make changes to my delivery details?
We can't reschedule deliveries, but you can change your address 1 day before your delivery date, and your delivery method on the day of.

When is Harina Studio® open?
We are open for inquiries everyday at 10 am to 6 pm, and for pickup (12 to 5 pm) and delivery (11 am to 2 pm dispatch) from Tuesday to Saturday. Ordering is open all hours of the week!
