Our signature sourdough pie crust topped with a light tomato-butter sauce, fresh tomatoes, basil cream cheese, and a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey — a delicious, savory galette that's flaky, creamy, sweet, and tart!

Ingredients & Allergens

Tomato Filling: Grape Tomatoes / Cherry Tomatoes, Butter, Cream Cheese, Basil, Mike's Hot Honey, Garlic, Pangasinan Sea Salt


Dough: Locally Milled Unbleached Flour, French Butter, Sourdough, Water, Sugar, Pangasinan Sea Salt, Egg Wash


Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs!


Storage

Store your galette in its original box at room temperature for 1 to 2 days, or in the chiller for 3 to 4 days.


Reheating

Reheat your galette for 5 to 10 minutes in an oven at 350°F (175°C), or until warm and crisp. You can also enjoy your galette at room temperature on the day you receive it.
