Ingredients & Allergens

Filling: Beef Shin, Chicken Stock, Onion, Tomato Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil, All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Cornstarch, Allspice, Hungarian Paprika, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves


Dough: Locally Milled Unbleached Flour, French Butter, Sourdough, Water, Sugar, Pangasinan Sea Salt, Egg Wash


Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs!


Storage

Store your hand pies in its original box at room temperature for 1 to 2 days, or in an airtight container in the chiller for 3 to 4 days.


Reheating

Reheat your hand pies for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven at 350°F (175°C), or until warm and crisp.
