It's hard to beat a classic! These Chocolate Chunk Cookies are buttery and sweet, with crispy edges, and soft, chewy centers. Their rich flavor comes from a base of warm brown butter, toasty brown sugar, sourdough, and chunks of Malagos 65% Dark Chocolate.

Each cookie is palm-sized.

Malagos 65% Dark Chocolate, Locally Milled Unbleached Wheat Flour, Butter, Sourdough, Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Vanilla, Molasses, Pangasinan Sea Salt, Baking Soda

Storage

Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 month, with parchment paper in between each piece.


Reheating

Reheat your cookies in a microwave for 10 seconds, or in an oven for 3 to 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C), until warm and gooey. Frozen cookies will take a few more minutes to warm up!
