Store your cheesecake in the refrigerator inside its box for 1 day, or in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. Always make sure it's covered to prevent it from drying out!
Use a knife, warmed with a blowtorch or hot water, to neatly slice your cheesecake. You can let your cake soften at room temperature first, or eat your cake directly from the refrigerator.
