A sweet and simple galette, featuring lightly roasted white peaches nestled in a gently spiced peach sauce on top of our flaky sourdough crust. Accompanied by a touch of sweet clotted cream, this treat is a nod to the timeless pairing of peaches and cream!

Ingredients & Allergens
Peach Filling: Australian White Peaches, Peach Purée, Sugar, Brown Butter, Cornstarch, Peach Liquor, Madagascar Vanilla, Lemon, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt, Ginger Clotted Cream: Cream, Sugar
Dough: Locally Milled Unbleached Flour, French Butter, Sourdough, Water, Sugar, Pangasinan Sea Salt, Egg Wash
Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs!
Storage
Cream on Top: Store your galette inside its original box at room temperature for up to 2 to 4 hours, or in the chiller for 3 to 4 days. Do not reheat! Clotted cream will melt if heated. Cream on the Side: Store your galette at room temperature for up to 1 day or in the chiller, alongside the clotted cream, for 3 to 4 days.
Reheating
Reheat your galette for 5 to 10 minutes in an oven at 350°F (175°C), or until warm and crisp. Let cool slightly then spoon or pipe cold clotted cream on top before eating.If your clotted cream was stored in the chiller and it's too stiff, you can leave it out for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. If you find that it has become runny, you can whip it before using — just make sure not to over-whip it!
