Our naturally leavened pain au lait made into pull-apart rolls! Just like our milk loaf, it's made with whole milk, buttermilk, and cream for a texture that's soft and fluffy, and a taste that's lightly sweet — delicious when plain or buttered, or as buns for your sliders.
A single pull-apart loaf is around 3" tall rolls, and weighs roughly 600 grams post-bake.
Available as pull-apart loaves with eight rolls each
Ingredients + Allergens
Locally Milled Unbleached Wheat Flour, Milk, Sugar, Cream, Eggs, Buttermilk, Pangasinan Sea Salt
Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs!
Storage + Reheating
Store your whole loaf in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Do not store in the refrigerator.
Reheat rolls any way you like — in a toaster, in the oven, or on a pan. No need to thaw frozen rolls before toasting!
