A smaller, bubble-topped version of Harina's Sourdough Brioche — still naturally-leavened and made with real French butter, for that same soft crust and rich crumb — perfect for a snack on the go, or for when a whole loaf is too big!

Ingredients & Allergens

Locally Milled Unbleached Wheat Flour, French Butter, Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Pangasinan Sea Salt


Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs!


Storage

Store buns in an airtight container or plastic zipper bag at room temperature for 1 to 2 days, or in the freezer up to 1 month. Never store your bread in the refrigerator — it will only stale faster! Learn more about staling here.


Reheating

Reheat buns kept at room temperature or in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F (175 °C).
